How Fiesta Came to Be
Fiesta was born from perseverance, hard work, and the determination to move forward. Luis, our founder, came to the United States at the age of fifteen in search of an opportunity to build a better future. Years later, he lost his job, and after searching unsuccessfully for work, he decided to bet on himself.
With the support of his family, he opened a small food truck. The first few months were difficult—there were days when he worked more than twelve hours and sold only one order of tacos. But he didn’t give up. Over time, Fiesta was able to grow, overcome economic hardships, and even survive the pandemic. Today, every dish we serve represents sacrifice, perseverance, family, and the belief that it is always worth moving forward.
Great service, people, and food. We had Fiesta bring the food truck to the Bronx for my sons graduation party, where the surprise was the food truck itself. What a party it become with both young and old loving the experience of having a food truck and ordering from it.
Excellent breakfast burrito! I ordered a classic breakfast burrito and a coffee here before going to work on a rushed morning. Food came out fast, and was packed up nicely; even plenty of napkins in the bag. Started eating the breakfast burrito and holy cow that thing is good.
